Anant Pandya - B.Pharm, MRPharms

Anant is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain and is a graduate of Pharmacy. He has considerable experience in the development, registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products.

Anant has overseen the establishment of a number of pharmaceutical companies and has been involved in both in-licensing and out-licensing pharmaceutical products. Anant established Transdermal in 1995 to pursue development and marketing of novel, niche drug delivery products.

At Tubilux Pharma Limited, Anant was instrumental in setting up the UK marketing of ophthalmic products. He was a member of the British Pharmacopoeia Commission Working Party on Unlicensed Medicines.

Anants current directorships include Transdermal, Agra Pharmaceuticals and APD Healthcare. He was previously a director of Vertical Pharma Resources, Pharma Advisory Services and Ivy Medical Chemicals Plc.

Dr. Andrew John Duffield - B.Pharm., M. R. P. S., M. B. A., PhD

A pharmacist with experience in all aspects of product development and regulatory affairs.

Formerly Head of Research, Development and Regulatory Affairs at Cambridge Laboratories (Group) Limited, with a core focus in NCE drug development, FDA and EU regulatory submission as well as technical Advisor to the Board of Directors.

Previously Owner and Director of Daramed, for more than 10 years providing international regulatory, QP and technical consultancy to a wide range of market leading pharmaceutical companies.

Managing Director and latterly Chairman of Ivy Medical (UK listed company), a company dedicated to the development of an oncology product for human and veterinary use.

Dr. Douglas MacMahon - MB.BS(Lond), MRCP(UK), FRCP (Lond & Edin)

Widely experienced General Physician/Geriatrician having held Consultant posts in Cornwall and the Midlands after training in London, Portsmouth and Oxford.

Doug has a special interests in movement disorders with particular interest in Parkinson's disease and Restless legs Syndrome and has researched many of the drugs in common use today.

Doug is GCP trained and adviser to several multi-national pharmaceutical companies.

Doug is widely published with over 100 papers and several book chapters to his name and has been a speaker/chairman at many conferences and congresses.

Founder Chairman and Director of the Parkinson's Academy and Trustee/Board member of Parkinson's UK.

Jayne Irving - MSc, Bsc (Hons), MTOPRA

Jayne is a regulatory affairs specialist with nearly 20 years experience of product registration and development.

She has worked with a range of multi-nationals, Cambridge Laboratories Ltd, Allergan Ltd, Bayer, Derma UK and Bioglan Pharma.

Jayne holds a masters degree in clinical and pharmacological sciences.

Jayne has experience of strategic planning and interfacing throughout the product lifecycle, both within an organisation and with a range of external groups.

Jayne has experience of product registration on a national, European and international level including: compiling dossiers; authoring quality summaries, post marketing variations, renewals and line extensions; regulatory due diligence; clinical trial applications, orphan drug applications and strategic regulatory input into R&D programmes to support new product development.

Her specialist therapeutic areas include CNS, dermatology, opthalmology, gastroenterology, oncology, anti-infectives, endocrinology and cardiology.
